Questions

Hello,

We have an app published to the app store and play store. On iOS only, we have users reporting a gray bar with a blue question mark that is overlaying our site/app but we aren't sure how to address it. The site/app itself seems to be displaying fine, but for one reason or another, this bar keeps showing up fixed to the bottom of a user's mobile screen and overlaying the app. I can't seem to find other resources in the help docs.

I had issues posting this topic for the last two weeks and somebody deleted my last thread without answering the response, hence why I'm re-opening the thread. If I can get in touch via email, I can provide screenshots and other details.
